25In early spring 2026, to strengthen the capabilities of new international trade staff and foster team cohesion, Yimao Group Shandong Jinxin Construction Equipment Co., Ltd. organized a Newcomer Foreign Trade Competition, along with regular review meetings and afternoon tea sharing sessions. The initiative aimed to create a collaborative platform for learning, communication, and continuous improvement among newly onboarded team members.

At the beginning of the event, a comprehensive review meeting was held. The team analyzed the full process of the competition—from client development and business negotiation to order follow-up and risk control.
