At a construction site in Hebei, cement-stabilized soil works were challenged by difficult elevation control, low efficiency of traditional methods, and high labor dependence. To address these common industry issues, Shantui deployed its integrated intelligent construction solution, featuring the DH17-Gi2 intelligent bulldozer, SG19-Gi2 intelligent motor grader, and SR26-Gi2 intelligent roller, providing a new path for efficient project delivery.

The solution enables seamless coordination across the full process of filling, leveling, and compaction. The DH17-Gi2 achieves ±3 cm elevation accuracy without staking, while the SG19-Gi2 completes adaptive leveling immediately after filling. The SR26-Gi2, with unmanned driving and precise compaction, ensures final quality, improving overall efficiency by about 40%.

Supporting this collaboration is Shantui’s Pangu Intelligent Earthwork Platform, which integrates UAV surveying, IoT data collection, and visualized management. In the Hebei project, it helped boost overall construction efficiency by 15%, demonstrating the real value of intelligent, data-driven construction.
